Recruitment
Available positions
High standards of teaching and research can only be achieved by recruiting resident professors with strong academic potential. This is indispensable, which is why we take great care to recruit the most suitable candidates from all over the world.
Practionners without a Doctorate
Applications
from high-level practionners (company executives, consultants, CEOs) who
do not have a Doctorate should not be sent to the Dean of the faculty.
Such professional candidates who would like to work on a short-term
basis in one of our programs are welcome in our school, but they should
send their CV and course proposals directly to the Head of the relevant
Department (RPCs).
Would you like to enrich our community and foster a collaborative, interactive learning environment? We strongly encourage you to apply!

Our recruitment policy
Candidates must necessarily have a Doctorate and have demonstrated true potential for academic research; they must also have an international profile and prove ability to teach in two languages (French-English or English-Spanish depending on the campus). Candidates who, in addition to these qualities and skills, have a high-level professional experience in companies and organizations, are welcome and particularly for the Executive Education or specialized Mastère degree courses.
Our hiring procedure
Applications must be systematically sent to the Department Head (RPC) and to the Dean of the Faculty. For applications for positions on our foreign campuses (in Barcelona and Casablanca), a copy should also be sent to the Campus Director.
These applications will first be examined by the Faculty members of the Department then validated by the Dean, following consultation with the Research Director and, if necessary, with the Campus Director.
The hiring interviews, organized by the Dean’s Department, will enable candidates to present their research work, teaching experience and academic and/or professional career. They will furthermore offer an opportunity for candidates to meet the Department’s Faculty members and, if necessary, the teams on campuses abroad.
