FAQ Campus Access

Updated March 4th, 2021
This page will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.
TBS remains highly mobilized alongside students and teachers to provide them with continued support and guarantee the quality of our courses and diplomas during these unusual times. To avoid isolation and allow students to work together, we also grant limited campus access to students, under strict conditions and in full respect of current safety and social distancing measures.
Continued support for everyone
To make sure students can continue their studies under the best possible conditions, TBS has decided to organize collaborative meetings between students and staff to find extra student-friendly solutions. We also maintain on-demand psychological support and are launching a new call for donations via the TBS Foundation to support our students in financial difficulty.
For more information or personal assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact: infocovid19@tbs-education.fr
Campus access
For our campuses that are still not fully opened to students, TBS has also decided:
- To reopen certain classrooms and spaces dedicated to associations so as not to block the associative dynamic and avoid isolation
- To reopen the library through reserved time slots
Below you’ll find more details on how to access your TBS campus while respecting applicable safety measures and barrier gestures:

BARCELONA CAMPUS
After having started our courses with a hybrid face-to-face and online scenario, TBS Barcelona has followed the recommendations of the Catalan authorities and made the transfer to 100% online training. Below you’ll find and update on the latest measures:
- The Trafalgar campus is open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., as well as the library at the same time.
- The Bailén campus is closed.
- After the notice of the extension of the online classes, several of you have returned to your countries. Please do not forget to keep us up to date using the student status questionnaire and sending a ticket to MyTBS, as this will facilitate the follow-up and give you the relevant attention.
- The December exams will also be carried out remotely, on the TestWE platform. If you prefer to take the exams by TestWE at the school facilities, you can do so by giving advance notice via MyTBS.
- Spain will increase COVID-19 measures from 23rd November, 2020: all travelers arriving by air or sea from countries deemed high risk will need to take a PCR test within 72 hours before traveling with a negative result in order to enter Spain. You can find the list of countries in ANEXO II.
- All of us at TBS in Barcelona are striving to offer personal attention as quickly as possible to each and every student. In order to solve problems linked to Zoom connections, such as link errors, please send an email to academico@tbs-education.es as soon as you detect the error.
It is very important that both inside and outside of school you also take good care of yourself and follow preventive measures (mask, distance, hand washing, etc.)
